Kangana Ranaut‘s Queen has been the talk of the town lately – critics have gone gaga over this Vikas Bahl film, and the audience too is loving this sweet story of a small-town girl coming into her own. Now there is a chatter in the industry that, given the fact that the film has been appreciated all over, the makers believe a sequel might be worth exploring. This sequel, if it gets made, would follow the life of Rani after finding her own identity on her European trip.
However, there is one hitch: I hear that Kangana feels the film shouldn’t be followed up with a sequel. The makers are quite excited with the idea of doing a spin off on the film, but the leading lady will need to be sufficiently convinced that a part two would do justice to the amazing reactions this film is getting! We’ll have to wait to know whether a sequel is something they decide to explore, but for now, I’m sure they’re just enjoying the responses they’re receiving.
