Deconstruct is a unification of style and taste, where eminent designers are called upon to play with various ingredients to create the perfect bite. After three successful rounds of this creative foodie event, Smoke House Deli in New Delhi has now associated with the kitschy design label fashion brand, Play Clan.
Says Harmeet Bajaj of Smoke House Deli, “For our fourth take on Deconstruct, we have taken inspiration from Play Clan’s Banaras collection and transformed their interpretation into an edible form. The collection is represented by a unique set of vibrant illustrations that bring out the culture of Banaras. We have experimented with various ingredients to create a fusion of flavors, such as the spiked lamb gujiyas, saffron prawn chaat, banarasi paan martini and many more, that depict Play Clan’s visual of Banaras.”
