Yes, we had read the media reports too about a patch-up between Akshay Kumar and Farah Khan. So when a MissMalini reader wrote in to ask whether this was true, we sent Industrywalla the question – and here’s what he answered!
Industrywalla says: Even though there were reports in the papers about these two patching up after the Tees Maar Khan debacle, it is not true. I had told you earlier that Akki was heard saying that Farah has killed any chance of a patch-up after her comments on Koffee With Karan season 4, where Farah had clearly stated that if Akki publicly greeted her, she may respond but that will be it. I have learnt that Akki is majorly miffed post that episode – he had also said that it won’t be long before Farah falls out with Shah Rukh Khan too and changes her loyalty at the drop of a hat. From the looks of it, there is not much of a chance they they will resolve their differences and collaborate for a film together. As it stands, this relationship has gone sour and stays there.
So there you are. Clearly, both of them have had their share of issues and aren’t in the mood to reconcile as of now!
