Ek Villain just got more interesting! Ekta Kapoor‘s pet Prachi Desai will be seen in the upcoming film in a glamorous avatar for a track. The song ‘Awari’ will be shot in Mumbai with an actor whose identity is not being revealed.
Mohit Suri is known to have introduced the likes of Atif Aslam and Mustafa Zahid from Lahore to Bollywood and now he has roped in Pakistani band Soch to make their debut with Ek Villain. This song is said to be organic to a pivotal sequence in the second half of the film.
So how did this suddenly happen? Well, Prachi bumped into Mohit at Balaji and expressed interest to work with him. He asked her to be a part of a track and she instantly agreed! A source reveals that Awari is not a typical item song and Mohit wanted a tender face with strong acting ability, so Prachi totally fit the bill for him.
Prachi will be seen in a completely new avatar in Awari. We have seen how Mohit transformed Jacqueline Fernandez and Shraddha Kapoor in his recent films and we cannot wait to see Prachi’s new look too!
