It’s going to be the biggest thing after the Royal wedding and I am giddy with excitement! When reality TV’s biggest family and rap music’s self-proclaimed God come together and throw a party, especially one of the wedding kind, you know it’s going to be colossal. But with this Kimye party comes a whole lot of secrets – dresses, locations, wedding guests, entertainment and a million other things.
It’s less than 24 hours before the wedding and after months of social media stalking, I’ve finally got my hands on all the deets – unless that was another trap to throw me off track, yet again.
The Dress
It’s the biggest secret! No one knows who’s going to be dressing Kim Kardashian but we can always guess. It could be any one of three designers – Olivier Rousteing of Balmain, Ricardo Tisci of Givenchy or Maison Martin Margiela. Unless she goes one up and wears all three!
The Venue
It started off with Paris. And once everyone was convinced it was Paris, Kanye West confused everyone when he said the wedding would be in Italy, where North West was conceived. After beating around the bush for months, we found out it was to be at Palais de Versailles, but that turned out to be the pre-wedding party. The main wedding will take place in Florence at Fort Belvedere.
The Entertainment
This one was a no-brainer. Kanye wanted Lana Del Ray to perform at their engagement but she refused. This time around, he asked her again and no one can keep Yeezus unhappy for too long. She already performed at the pre-wedding party. Now we have to wait and see if she performs at the wedding as well.
The Wedding Party
The Kardashian-Jenner family will make up Kim’s side of bride’s maids and we know Bruce Jenner will walk her down the aisle. After going back and forth, Jay-Z has finally agreed to be Kanye’s best man. Even though he hates the fact that E! will be covering the wedding.
The Guests
Well, 3000 people are expected to show up. Beyoncé will be making an appearance, but don’t expect to see her in any photos, she’s made it clear she doesn’t want to be there. Also, designer Rachel Roy is a guest, which might get very awkward if Beyoncé, Jay-Z and she have a run in – thank God Solange Knowles isn’t invited, who knows who she’ll assault next.
The couple take their vows tomorrow, and we can’t wait to see how many of these things actually are true – how excited are you?
