The world has been obsessed with it for a while, but it looks like Aamir Khan has only just jumped on the Mad Men bandwagon! From what I hear, the actor has been spending a lot of time watching the series – he has some downtime since he is not currently shooting for any film – and is now totally into it. So much so that he may consider adapting it for the Indian audience! Now, wouldn’t that be something to see?
I’m told that Aamir is so impressed with the show that he’s actually thinking of working on a mini-series along similar lines. He has already ordered several DVDs of the show and has even been raving about it to everyone he meets. We’ll have to wait to see if any of these plans actually materalise, but could you imagine what that would be like? What if we get to see a desi Don Draper soon?!
