It’s pretty much the new trend in Bollywood for celebrities to sing their own songs in Bollywood movies. Alia Bhatt has done it (twice), Shraddha Kapoor has done it, Akshay Kumar… attempted it, and then even Salman Khan gave it a go for Hangover in Kick. However, while Shraddha has sung Galliyan Unplugged live at different shows and events, and Alia hosted a special event just to sing Samjhawan Unplugged, Salman Khan refuses to do the same thing for his song.
Even though he’s lent his voice for Hangover in Kick, you definitely shouldn’t expect the actor to croon the song live on stage. The superstar has clearly told his producer Sajid Nadiadwala that he won’t entertain any requests to go on stage and sing as he doesn’t have the confidence. So for now, you’ll just have to listen to Hangover on repeat (if this is something you want to do…), because Sallu just won’t sing it live! I wonder if anyone can convince him otherwise, though?
