Not long after Sabyasachi gave us a peek in to his world through his new store, he showed us another facet of his beautiful mind. Set inside the compartments of a luxury train and amidst a few passengers, an array of models walked down the corridor that was Sabyasachi’s runway. Khadi and tulle, a cluster of crystals, zardozi and beads made up what was Sabyasachi’s take on a modern bride. Amongst the traditional legengas, bandhgalas, saris and churidar-kurts’s were modern elements like cropped tops, embellished, sheer vests and dupattas tucked under belts. Through the vintage elements, canvas and bright metallics we saw his inspiration – Ferozabad. Take a look at some of the looks.
