Nothing would make me happier right now than confirmation that Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are indeed doing a film together! This is the news that’s been doing the rounds all day today – apparently, hotshot director Rohit Shetty has managed a huge coup and signed on this much-loved couple to appear in a film together after so long (their last outing was in 2010 for Karan Johar‘s My Name is Khan).
Well, if there’s anyone – other than KJo – who could bring these two back together on-screen, I’d assume it would be Rohit, given the fact that he and SRK have grown quite close since Chennai Express. (Rohit even made a show of loyalty towards King Khan not too long ago.)
These reports remain unconfirmed as of now so we don’t know if this is actually happening, but word suggests that pre-production work has begun on the film and the team is planning on making an announcement soon. It would really be something if this worked out, so we’re going to keep our eyes and ears open for any official word!
