Our trusted black and yellow cabs are a thing of the past! There’s a cool new cab in town and it’s all thanks to Maybelline! Named after Maybelline’s most popular product, the Colossal Kajal, this taxi takes travel to a whole other level!
This service was launched by Maybelline at college fests in Mumbai. Girls could hitch a ride from their college to the closest railway station or bus stop – no more smeared make-up in the rain! Colleges were chosen based on maximum number of votes and tweets on Twitter. The winning colleges had the Colossal Cab stationed outside their college for an entire day, all ready to commute! How lucky!
The look of the cab is positioned around the Colossal range – a sunny yellow background with a blue and turquoise streak! If the exteriors are so funky, imagine what is waiting inside! Girls who took a ride in the cab could try out any three products from the Maybelline Colossal range and were encouraged to click a selfie (#colossalselfie)! Three lucky winners were given goodie bags, every single day! Even those who just spotted the cab, could upload pictures (#SpotTheCab) and win gift hampers!
MissMalini took the Colossal Cab to the Malhar fest at St. Xaviers College and was super-impressed! Check out her pictures and happy selfies below!
