Infused with a Triple Butter Complex (shea, mango and coconut butter), these balms promise high shine and moisture! We got our hands on the ‘Flirtatious Charmeuse’ shade and decided to review it just for you!
The packaging of this product is ideal for hassle-free application! The balms are shaped like crayons and come in a twist-up format, so no sharpening is required! The tubes are in the same colour as the shade inside, and are shiny just like the lacquer balms promise to be! ‘Flirtatious Charmeuse’ comes in a pretty, shiny pink tube.
As far as the texture goes, Revlon has nailed it! They go on weightless, just like a balm, but still give a highly pigmented colour, with just a single swipe! ‘Flirtatious Charmeuse’ is a beautiful berry shade with a slight glittery finish. Revlon also delivers on their promise of high shine – no gloss is required on top of these balms! The only downside is that the balms have a minty fragrance to them, which may pose a problem for sensitive noses!
In terms of lasting power, these balms stay on for about three hours. Rather than disappearing completely, they fade to a nice stain on the lips! Although you have to keep re-applying it, the ease of application (no mirrors required!), makes it less tedious!
All in all, this product gets our stamp of approval! Priced at Rs. 800, these balm-cum-lipsticks are worth the splurge! Swipe on a coat – it’s your time to shine!
