Songs are the best, and if it’s a Bollywood song made to impress parents by showing off children as adorable harmless creatures then it’s even better! It’s better because it’s a complete lie. We love kids, but we also all know how kids and drunk people are totally the same. They speak nonsense, they’re run amuck, and then you have no choice but to take care of them because of this little thing called love. On that note, let me present  5 kiddy songs from Bollywood that totally creeps parents out, although they’ll never admit it.

1) Mujhe Maaf Karna Om Sai Ram

You can see it on Salman Khan’s face how much he hates this song. A naive person might think he’s like that because of his cheating in the movie but we ALL know it’s the fault of this nauseating song!

2) O Mere Papa The Great

The final nail on Kishan Kumar’s acting career was this song.

3) But I love You Daddy

Akele Hum Akele Tum had some good songs and some great acting by Aamir Khan. But since it was based on Kramer vs Kramer, a movie that needed no songs to show how much father and son love each other, I didn’t really see the point of this song. Plus the insertion of ‘but I louurv you daddy, but you louurv me daddy‘ everywhere in the song made it too weird.

4) Yeh Toh Sach Hai Ki Bhagwan Hai

Grown men in their 30’s performing at a family function, showing their skills with different music instruments in front of a bunch of people looks nice only in their school’s Annual Program. The guys in Hum Saath Saath Hain had development issues for sure.

5) Hai Na Bolo Bolo

Nothing about this song is adorable! I’d freak out if someone randomly sprang up and started singing ‘hai na bolo bolo‘ to me!

Now that my rant has ended, please feel free to share your thoughts, comments and suggestions when it comes to creepy kiddy Bollywood songs!
