By now you know that Salman Khan is the male lead of Kabir Khan‘s Bajrangi Bhaijaan, the romantic drama film also starring Kareena Kapoor. But before Salman was brought on board, there was another Khan entirely who was being considered for the role – Aamir Khan! It seems that Kabir had this story with him for quite some time and had considered working with Aamir for it.
However, Mr Perfectionist took a lot of time to get back to the director. Not only that, but there were feelers coming from Aamir’s camp about how he wasn’t too happy with the final draft and might want to make some changes. Kabir, though, wasn’t really keen on changing his script, and since nothing solid ever materialised, he decided to let go of the chance of working with Aamir.
Having said that, Aamir’s wife Kiran Rao, and Kabir’s wife Mini Mathur, are good friends. So there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong on the personal front between these two!
