Even though the trade has mixed opinions about Ranbir Kapoor‘s Bombay Velvet, one person who really believes in this film is none other than his girlfriend, Katrina Kaif. I’ve heard that Katrina has really been motivating RK, and has even asked him to go all out in promoting the film – she believes it will shock audiences when it releases.
Not only that, but Katrina also feels that RK is the only actor of his generation who is doing such risqué films. At a recent party that she attended with common friends, Kat was heard comparing Ranbir to his peers (including Ranveer Singh) and even said that he was above the game and ahead of the others by miles. I am also told that she was quite excited when she saw the first poster of BV with Ranbir holding guns on it. Usually Katrina is not the sort to give her input on anything unless she’s asked, but with Bombay Velvet, she has actually been asking him to be aggressive when marketing the film!
