No one gets awards season fever like Team MissMalini! We’re all geared and prepped, vino in hand, to watch the 2015 Grammy Awards this Monday, 9th Feb, on Vh1 India at 6.30 AM and again at 9 PM. Amidst all this excitement, we’ve decided to do a quick countdown of 5 things we can’t wait to see unfold on the red carpet and during the entire awards show!

1) The Red Carpet Looks

We mean each and every one them! Because we know how crazy the Grammy’s Red Carpet can get. History is a testament to the over-the-top outfits worn by everyone from Janet Jackson to Lady Gaga! It’s the one function where none of the celebrities want to play it safe. Bring out the entrance on a horse, top-to-toe denim, and completely beaded ensembles.

2) Beyonce’s Performance With Common & John Legend

The trio is performing together, on stage, for the first time ever! Needless to say, all three of them are super psyched about it and are going to put out one hell of a performance. We’re still reeling from the hangover of Beyonce‘s sultry Drunk In Love show from last year, but this year she’s doing it different. We hear it’s going to be a toned-down, serious affair. Together, they will be performing John Legend and Common‘s Oscar-nominated composition, Glory.

3) Madonna’s Performance

She was one of the first performances announced for the 2015 Grammy Awards and dude … it’s Madonna! Need I say more?

4) Ariana Grande, AC/DC, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Church, Mary J Blige, Kanye West, & John Mayer

The list of chart-topping performers just never stops and what’s even better is the fact that we’ll be seeing a lot of never-before-seen duets and collaborative performances. What more could we ask for than seeing our industry favorites come together to make magic?

5) Announcement Of The Winners

A little healthy competition is always good and it’s great to see artists appreciating each other’s work. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that every once in a blue moon we have moments where we might catch a celeb throwing shade at a fellow superstar!
