Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are not one of those couples who paint the town red. These two have been silently together for a long time and everyone is aware of that. But they choose not to talk about it in public as they wish to lead a guarded personal life. And, ironically enough, that’s exactly why this duo attracts the paparazzi a tad too much. Whether they are holidaying in the beaches of Ibiza or moving in together in a plush apartment in Mumbai – the photogs seldom stop following them. After all, everyone loves knowing more and more about B-town romances, especially the hush-hush ones.
Naturally, it created a lot of waves when the talks of Ranbir and Kat’s secret engagement started doing the rounds. After keeping mum for a long time, the actor finally decided to talk about the matter. In an interview to Times Of India, he said:
No, I am not. Engagement is to tell the world that right now we are promised to get married. I have not reached that place in my life. I really wished that tabloids, magazines and news channels stop making conjectures about that as it spoils the spontaneity of it when it finally happens. I am trying to guard my personal life and live a life that is apart from my movie life and out of public eye. If I have to get engaged, I can’t hide that. I want to have a family, have children. So, when I get engaged, I will certainly announce it.
We will wait for that day, Ranbir! But till then, we are happy to have you in the list of hottest bachelors in B-town. 🙂
