Old Monk is my favourite rum in the whole wide world. So much that I sometimes think it’s been a better partner to me than any man has. I know the cool people at ScoopWhoop and many other websites have already provided ample praise for this dark and heavy rum, but my list is all about Old Monk being the perfect partner. Milansaar daru. No really, have it with Coke, Fanta, water or neat. Old Monk is delicious in every way! You can also add it in pie, chicken, cake, mousse, tiramisu… basically Old Monk goes anywhere and everywhere.
5) It’s desi.
Ain’t nobody like my desi monk! Made in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) no less.
