So the other day, I came across some pictures of Kangana Ranaut at an event. It’s no secret that she presents us with a surprise with her outfits, almost every time we see her. Remember this glitter bomb and this scary slit? For this event, she showed up in an outfit by Pallavi Mohan. While it looks very wintery to me, her shimmering eyes, plum lips and matching nails are doing all the right things!
