That’s when I started feeding my hair. Like, literally feeding! Here are the 5 super, a.k.a life changing, foods your hair needs!

1) Eggs

We all know what we should start our day with: eggs! Why? They’re a great source of omega-3s. The yolk also contains biotin which has many functions for  healthy body and hair. However, it isn’t the egg white that contains the protein as much as the yolk does. So, eat the entire egg once a day for a healthier you.
