Before you go thinking Anushka Sharma‘s wearing some major luxury brand, stop. Believe it or not, the girl is wearing Zara! We saw round two (here’s the first one) of her print on print saga last evening and once again, she’s knocked it out of the park. Styled by Allia Al Rufai, Anushka accessorised with AeTee earrings and not much else. Her hair was pulled back in a ponytail and she didn’t carry a bag/clutch either.
Fuss-free is always a great way to go, right? Her makeup isn’t very different from what she generally does, which is always amazing because it means that leaves no room for errors.
Here’s what we learnt:
1. Polka dots and stripes aren’t the only two prints that can be mixed in one outfit. Florals work too!
2. Tapering trousers in that print work better as opposed to a straight fit or palazzos.
3. Accessories should be kept minimal when a lot of prints are involved.
