L’Oréal Paris had a recent press event for the release of their new Cannes Collection with a range of colors divided into two teams: Team Gloss & Team Matte. While Katrina Kaif was representing Team Gloss with minimal makeup on the rest of her face, we couldn’t help but take notice of Sonam Kapoor‘s flawless makeup for Team Matte, as we were interviewing her. As a beauty blogette, this is one look I absolutely have to decode!
1. The Brows
They’re as bold as ever, but just the right amount, not in the least bit overdone.
2. The Base
She’s wearing a matte foundation that’s perfect for the humid weather we’re facing in Mumbai right now.
3. Eyes
She’s wearing dark kohl and falsies to frame her eyes. The eyeshadow is a deep gold all over her lids and a blended out black in her crease.
4. Blush
A very pink blush has been applied to the apples of her cheeks.
5. Lips
Sonam’s wearing a bright matte lipstick from the L’Oréal Paris Cannes Collection. If you’re on Team Matte, you can play around with a wide range of colors. Maybe try mixing two?
