Jacqueline’s fitness regime focuses on building flexibility, stamina and strength and includes everything from swimming and dancing to yoga. She loves her sessions of pilates, zumba and capoeira and often alternates her workouts. She also takes time out of her hectic schedule to indulge in basketball, badminton, horse riding and track running.

So it can definitely be done ladies! You just have to be willing to go that extra mile! 🙂
