As a fashion blogger, I like to be prepared. When Team MissMalini got invited to GQ India‘s Best Dressed party, we were too excited! For the fashion, yes. For all the hot men under one roof, yes. But even more because we KNEW Ranveer Singh would be present. After this piece of excessive hotness, which we saw just before attending the party, there was no way we were going to miss out. I’m glad she didn’t tell me what he was planning to wear because my mind was very happily blown! In her words, Ranveer has the ability to not take himself so seriously and just have fun with what he’s doing. And she makes a point, admit it, how much happier would everyone have been last night minus those foot-breaking heels and neck-wringing bow-ties? She added that GQ did suggest a suit which he loved, but he decided he wanted to have a little bit of fun. Considering he was on the cover of their best dressed issue, he spoke to Nitasha about this look and all it took was a day to get the t-shirt organised and voila! She admits it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but only a man with this much self-confidence could carry pjs (including a top hat and fluffy slippers) off, and isn’t that what makes someone best-dressed in the first place?
