According to reports doing the rounds, Shahid Kapoor – who is all set to get married very soon – has extended an invitation to Saif Ali Khan himself. Obviously, that means Kareena Kapoor is also invited to this wedding, and given that they used to date each other for many years, this is a pretty awkward situation all around. It’s also kind of a weird story to believe, considering that everything we’ve heard so far is that the wedding is going to be an extremely small affair.
So we’re not sure how much to believe these reports. Even though Kareena claims that Shahid told her about the wedding way before he opened up in the media about it, it’s kinda hard to imagine that Saif was the “first person to receive an invitation” as reports speculate. Having said that, though, the two are working on a film together – Vishal Bhardwaj‘s Rangoon.
Anyway, I guess we’ll know soon enough, since the wedding is just around the corner – July 10th, according to reports.
