Director Kabir Khan is all set for the release of Bajrangi Bhaijaan which stars Salman Khan. The director-actor duo have worked together before in Ek Tha Tiger, which was a huge commercial success. However, there was news about a tiff between the two on the sets of ETT.
No one came out to address the rumours then, but this time Kabir spoke quite confidently about it and accepted that the rumours were true. He said:
From my side, you know, yes there was a tussle between the two of us. And I always say that if there is no tussle between the director and the actor – like if my actor did not argue and discuss the scene with me – I’d be worried. Because then I have a brain-dead actor who is ready to do anything I want. Yes, there was a certain clash of the approach we wanted to take for the film, that was the first time we were working together but by the end of it, we both understood each other very well.
He also added that the reason BB happened was because he and Salman have such a great understanding of each other now.
Seems like the two of them handled the matter with maturity and hence the second collaboration!
