Roadies is easily the most popular youth show on Indian television. It’s also perhaps the longest running reality show in our country. Naturally, bagging the title of the ultimate roadie is a matter of pride. After all, team Roadies have introduced us to gems like Rannvijay Singh and Ayushmann Khurrana. Roadies X2 threw a lot of surprises at the viewers. While Raghu and Rajiv were not a part of the current season, Karan Kundra and Vijender Singh joined in as the new judges along with Rannvijay. What’s more, Esha Deol also entered the show as the first female judge in the history of Roadies. After the interesting auditions, the four team leaders embarked on a memorable journey with their respective teams and it has truly been a ride of a lifetime!
Frankly, I watch the show because I am a Rannvijay loyalist and I definitely fell in love with the way his team doted on him. It was rather heartbreaking when Gurmeet had to leave their team and join Vijender’s gang. But as RV said, Gurmeet was always going to be a member of his brigade. In fact, Prince and others voted Monica out just to save Gurmeet though he was in another team. Now, that’s brotherhood! And as luck would have it, Prince and Gurmeet made it to the grand finale of the show, much to Rannvijay’s delight. Guess who won? PRINCE! Yes, according to our source, he was the one who beat Gurmeet and bagged the title of the ultimate Roadie! Congratulations to the winner! Here’s a sneak-peek of the finale.
