Kareena Kapoor has walked out Raj Kumar Gupta‘s next. Many of her fans seem dissapointed with the actress’s decision to let go of another movie that could have been a career defining role for her, but Bebo doesn’t get the hoopla around her choice. Her reason for leaving the movie is rather simple,in an interview to DNA, she elaborated:
To be honest, I was not convinced by the script at all. I am sure that I won’t work in a film if I don’t like at the script level. Seriously, even if I don’t have a single film in hand, I won’t do a film unless its script is really good.
But her equation with Raj Kumar Gupta remains strong.
I love Raj (Kumar Gupta, the director) as a person. I have admired his films. We parted on a wonderful note. Tomorrow, if he works on another film, wants me and I like the script, I am sure we will work together.
I don’t know, Bebo is notorious for leaving plum roles which go on to become super-hits when it stars another actress. Let’s wait and see the fate of this one!
