As we all know, Ranbir Kapoor is currently dating Salman Khan‘s ex, Katrina Kaif. And previously, Sallu bhai has even made jokes about how Ranbir is taking everything away from him including his films and girlfriend. 😉 But there’s no bitterness between the two heroes. Naturally, when Salman was recently asked about the low that hit Ranbir’s career recently, he stood up for him. Salman said:
I can understand what a lean phase can do to an actor. I’ve been there too. Not just Bombay Velvet, but any film that flops should be a closed chapter for everyone – the makers, cast, critics and audience. The more you brood over it, the more it affects your ability to move on in your career. Let the guy (Ranbir Kapoor) be. If one hit film isn’t enough for an actor to survive in the industry, one flop film doesn’t give anyone the right to write off an actor.
We’re sure Ranbir will be glad to know that he has Salman’s support!
