It’s now confirmed that Deepika Padukone will be a part of Vin Diesel‘s new xXx movie, which will make that her Hollywood debut. If you remember, she was earlier offered a role in Fast & Furious 7, but had to decline it because she was busy with Ram Leela here. However, she’s now making a move to Hollywood – something that she has, in the past, said she would like to try her hand at. Not only that, but a few months ago, at the MAMI Film Festival, Ranveer Singh had also said that Deepika should now explore Hollywood. And back then, when someone asked her what would happen to Ranveer if Deepika went to Hollywood, the actress laughed and said, “He will tag along with me.”
Well, now that her Hollywood debut is really happening, Deepika was reminded about her earlier comment. She laughed again, and this time said: “No, not tag along, I will take him along. But you should ask Ranveer about his plans, he is very, very excited about his film with Aditya Chopra.”
