Deepika Padukone is currently in Toronto to shoot for her Hollywood film opposite Vin Diesel (xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage), which is why Ranveer Singh had to step up and accept an award for the actress in Mumbai. Deepika was given the “Woman of the Year” award at the recent Femina Beauty Awards, and Ranveer received the award on her behalf. Of course, since it’s Ranveer, he had the audience laughing along – but what he said was actually very sweet.
