Well, Austria is the go-to destination for most of our B-town celebs whenever they are in a mood to relax and rejuvenate. While London and Maldives happen to be two of the most loved holiday destinations amongst about Bollywood stars, Austria is where they head to for detox sessions. From Parineeti Chopra to Alia Bhatt – everyone swears by the same Austrian luxury spa.
Sonam Kapoor was also recently holidaying in Austria. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the actress went there for a two-week long detox trip with her parents, Sunita and Anil Kapoor and brother Harshvardhan and sister Rhea. Apparently, the resort is based out in an old-world town, where no meals are allowed after 4 pm, no Wi-Fi, no sugar or processed food.
“Sonam and her family have been on a vegan diet, practising yoga and rigorously exercising. This is not the first time the actress has taken off to Austria. She usually goes there with Rhea, it’s their annual getaway,” a source informed Mirror.
It seems the programme is very taxing and drains one out completely. But somehow Sonam still managed to head out of the resort for long walks to explore the quaint neighborhood and 17th century churches. Here are the photos that she posted.
