Varun Dhawan threw a fun house party as he turned 29 yesterday. The party began at 10pm and ended when most people didn’t know what time it was. According to Mumbai Mirror, most of the young cool people of Bollywood were present. Including his childhood friends and co-stars such as Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Jacqueline Fernandez and Parineeti Chopra were present. Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Karan Johar gave the party a miss as they were travelling for work, but they did wish Varun on social media so that’s that. Varun’s parents left soon after their son cut his awesome Captain America cake, Varun, in a ‘Game of Thrones’ Tee, was in high spirits but largely kept away from the dance floor leaving it to Shraddha to burn it up with her ABCD 2 moves. She hung around for hours with her girl gang, chatting briefly with her rumoured on again off again boyfriend Aditya Roy Kapoor.
The music was mostly English, but it was Varun’s ‘Tera Hero Idhar Hai‘ which received the loudest cheer. Athiya Shetty, who was in Bangkok, came straight from the airport.
