It’s May, but your summer body isn’t ready yet – know that feeling? I certainly do! There are always ways to keep everything under wraps and still look easy-breezy this season. Which is why, I decided to ditch my mini skirts, and replace them with some longer options for summer. Take a look…

1. The one with a slit

These are great when you want to cover up, but still feel the need for just a little slit your leg can peek out from. Pair it with a crop top and sneakers or wedges and they’ll work for any kind of event.

2. The brightest option

You already know that yellow is summer’s IT colour. Wear a pleated yellow skirt and colour-block it with some blue. You now look like the sky and it doesn’t get more ‘summer’ than that!

3. The maxi skirt

Even though it’s summer, you still find yourself unwaxed with an event to attend that day. That’s when a maxi skirt comes in handy. Pair yours with a crisp white shirt with a slightly popped up collar. Accessorise with statement earrings and a clutch in a contrasting shade for maximum effect!

See, it doesn’t have to be super short to look great.
