Everyone who’s a sucker for Bollywood gossip absolutely loves reading about catfights in B-town. Bad news, guys. This one’s not a piece about any catfight. This one’s about how two leading actresses can indeed be friends. In fact, almost all the girls (barring a very few of course) in our industry today get along pretty well. But according to the grapevine, there’s a cold war going on between Shraddha Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Though both of them have denied these reports time and again, recently, Alia’s absence at Shraddha’s Baaghi success bash raised a few eyebrows. When DNA asked the former about it, she said:
I skipped the party because I was shooting and not because I didn’t want to be there because of Shraddha. I don’t harbour any animosity towards her. There’s nothing wrong between us. She’s a lovely girl and we are constantly in touch and have a mutual admiration society going, where we are constantly sending each other messages and pics saying the other one is looking so amazing or hot! We have that kind of relationship and vibe. Shraddha is one of those people, I can say, who has a very unique, simple and beautiful charm about her. I find her very inspiring.
