Anil Kapoor‘s son Harshvardhan Kapoor is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra‘s Mirzya, but did you know this movie was going to be made with a different star-cast? In an interview with DNA, his sister Sonam Kapoor revealed she was approached for the film.
The actress discussed going bald for movies and revealed how Rakeysh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali has asked her if she’d shave her head for a role, her answer was kickass!
I would love to go bald for a film! I have a nicely shaped head. It would look good if I went bald. Before he approached my brother Harshvardhan, Rakeysh was supposed to do Mirzya with me. He had asked me if I would go bald in the film and I had said ‘Yes, of course!’ Even Sanjay had wanted to make Saraswati Chandra with me and he had asked me if I would go bald in it and I had said yes again, but both films didn’t happen. So, every time I was supposed to go bald for a film, the film didn’t happen.
But honestly, if there’s an actress who could pull off this look, it would be Sonam.
