Every time we spot Kangana Ranaut stepping out, we should really start sounding the #HottieAlert siren! Quite literally, every ensemble she picks out is just about uh-mazing! This time we spotted her in a simple bottle green dress that she wore with a dark brown leather belt and a black sling. But the highlight of this look for us was definitely the lethal, black booties.
