Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor are working together in Vishal Bhardwaj‘s Rangoon. And when the news first broke, everyone wondered the same thing – whether it will be weird for the two actors because Shahid had dated Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Once again, Shahid was asked the same question and his answer was pretty witty. According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, he said:
Saif and I never had an affair… Thank God! For the sake of girls. One can’t live with baggage, it bogs you down. We learn our lessons in life and move ahead… at one point of time all of us become mature enough and shed that baggage. Life is too short and beautiful to hold on to unnecessary baggage.
Shahid is now happily married to Mira Kapoor.
