Lately he started supporting a cause that directly affects all our lives – we’re talking about the Versova Beach clean up drive.
Citizens have been cleaning the beach since 38 weeks now which made the MLA of that constituency take notice and hold a meeting with the members of Versova Residents Volunteer (VRV). Irrfan too has been a part of this drive and has often used his social media reach to create awareness about it –
According to a report in DNA, the said meeting has been rather fruitful. Members of the association like Bombay High Court lawyer Afroz Shah and filmmaker Neerav Ghosh believe that something good will definitely come out of this and the beach will be nice and clean again. That’s so good to hear!
