Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput met on the sets of Pavitra Rishta and fell in love. After their acrimonious break-up though, it seems like Ankita is dating another actor from the said show. According to a report in Mid-Day, Ankita was spotted with Karan Mehra, who played the role of Naren on the show. Here’s what the source says –
Karan was spotted at Veera Desai Road in Andheri at about 8 am on Monday. He was talking on the phone. A few passersby were wondering why he was hanging around despite being recognised. It did not take long for them to realise that he was waiting for someone. Within minutes, an auto-rickshaw arrived and Ankita got off. Karan paid the rickshaw fare and the two then quickly headed to Empire building in the vicinity where Karan resides. People were taken aback to see Ankita alight from the rickshaw. It looked like she had walked straight out of bed since it looked like she was wearing nightwear.
When contacted, Ankita rubbished the report and said –
Karan is my best friend and so is his wife. He stays in that building, so he must have been hanging around there. Why would I go to meet him early in the morning? I have a car; why would I travel by rickshaw? I prefer to stay away from the limelight. I am scared to go out since I don’t know what people will say. I don’t like to talk about my personal life.
