Nargis Fakhri made her Hollywood debut with Spy. And now, the actress has signed yet another Hollywood movie. We’ve been hearing reports of her traveling to LA and looking for work there. It seems like her hard work has paid off. According to HT, Nargis will be doing a movie directed by Namrata Singh Gujral. The movie will also star Oscar nominee Candy Clark and Golden Globe nominee Bo Derek.
The story of the movie is about an American journalist who goes to India to write about Bollywood weddings. Nargis told the newspaper:
I took this offer up because I felt connected to the character. I have a similar story. The character is American, but also has a multi-ethnic heritage. She is sort of forced to connect with her roots, and it becomes a life-changing experience for her.
