Not too long ago, rumours had begun doing the rounds about Huma Qureshi‘s growing closeness to Sohail Khan. Back then, Huma had taken to Twitter to dispel the rumours, saying that Sohail was like a brother. The rumours wouldn’t die down, though, and from the looks of it, it has affected her relationship with the rest of the Khan family. According to DNA, these rumours in particular caused a strain for Seema Khan, Sohail’s wife, and she wasn’t too happy about Huma attending Khan family functions – even though the actress is said to be very close to Arpita Khan.
Sohail and Seema had taken a break when stories of Sohail and Huma’s link-up was doing the rounds, but now it seems like they’re quite close to mending their relationship. According to DNA, Huma has decided to stay away from attending any events that the family throws, and has therefore missed Eid, Arpita and Iulia‘s birthdays, and even Raksha Bandhan.
However, Arpita has stood by Huma throughout this whole issue, and apparently remains as close to the actress as before.
