Naiya from Saath Nibhaana Saathiya aka Pratibha Tiwari recently had an extremely bitter experience. Reportedly, she was near the Kandivali highway when this unfortunate incident took place. She was waiting for a colleague with her hairdresser around 10 pm and a drunk stranger behaved inappropriately with her. But the brave girl gave him a piece of her mind, dragged him to a nearby police station and lodged an FIR against him.
The actress gave out a statement saying:
It’s surprising that such an incident could occur on a busy road at 10 pm. It was shocking but a revelation, too. I learnt that women are scared to lodge a complaint in these cases, but I would urge them to fight it out.
