Kareena Kapoor is out and about shattering all myths about pregnancy by doing one cool thing after another. She will be seen in Veerey Di Wedding in her pregnant avatar and being her classy self, she is not taking the role any differently owing to her condition.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Kareena spoke about her character in the film, her journey towards motherhood and more.

About the film and its preparations, she said:
The prep is fab. It is going to be an amazing movie. Normally, every actor wants to do a hero-heroine love story. Look great, shoot at good locations, I am going to be fab etc. But I don’t want to do that. I always wanted to do a movie which is slightly different. There has never been a movie about four friends. I am most excited about this film. Whenever there is a news that I am not doing this film, I am like why are people saying this? We will shoot for the movie in October and of course there will be a break. Then we will shoot in Delhi and Greece from March.
About her character:
It is a story of four friends, not sisters. It is my brother’s wedding and my friends are attending it. But it isn’t about four sisters and it is an original script. It is young, fresh and very today. For the past 9 months I am telling my manager that I want to do this movie. I don’t play a pregnant lady in Veere Di Wedding. I might not have a six-pack but I will have a three pack by the end of the movie.
When asked if hubby Saif Ali Khan pampers her these days, she said:
Nothing. In fact, he is more busy. He finished Rangoon, Kala Kanti and now next week he leaves for Chef for two months.
