Channa Mereya means “the light of my soul,” and this track is supposed to be Ranbir Kapoor‘s favourite from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil – yup, even above the title track, which went on to become hugely popular.
While Bulleya focused on the Ranbir and Aishwarya Rai relationship, this new one explores the Ranbir and Anushka Sharma pairing. It’s a lovely track that’s likely to hit you right in the feels.

Both Ranbir’s previous Dharma films, Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, did very well for him, and if the promos are anything to go by, then ADHM will add to that track record – he looks great in the film!
