Ventriloquism has been an age-old stagecraft, used by performers to entertain their audiences. Ventriloquists are usually comedians and artists, who show their versatility by changing his or her voice so that it appears that the voice is coming from elsewhere, usually a puppeteered “dummy”. But a girl has taken this art to a completely different place. Veronica Chaos, a ventriloquist clown camgirl, makes her living by performing hilarious yet horrifying sex acts with her puppet, Slappy, on the Internet.
Why am I writing about this? Because the Internet is a really, really strange place and not many of us go into the deep and dark corners. Most of us usually keep track of things or share fun stuff via social media and that’s it. Okay maybe I’m making a broad generalization, but a lot of people have jobs that doesn’t require them to be on the Internet all day, especially not scouring strange websites or discussion boards . Maybe a few of you will go through Reddit or Quora, some of you will read websites related to your profession to keep up, many of you read entertainment websites (we know that) but very few go out of their way to get into the weird side of the Internet. I do. Far too often.
From the Wikipedia wormhole to a Reddit thread dedicated to incest, I’ve seen all of that, and some stories are far too interesting to not be shared. Veronica’s story is one of them. When I read about her on my favourite websites like Cracked.com and Huffington Post, I stumbled upon a whole new world of sexual gratification. Before this, my personal knowledge about sex, pornography and the people behind it was so basic and traditional that Cersei Lannister would call me a ‘sweet, summer child’. Hopefully not anymore.
So with Veronica’s story I begin this section called TIL (which means Today I Learned) where I bring all the weird, strange yet interesting things I found on the Internet to your notice.
My milkshake doesn’t bring the boys to the yard, so hopefully this story will.
In an essay she wrote for Cracked.com, back in 2014, Veronica explained what the whole scene is –

I started as a regular, garden-variety stripper at a club, and it was all right for a while, but eventually it started to wear on me. There are some shocking things you learn about people when you give them total anonymity and permission to issue commands directly from Captain Bonerpants, and one of those things is that they will ask you to fuck whatever they can think of, regardless of how unsexy that might actually be or whether it violates the very laws of physics.
So when someone finally asked me to fuck the dummy, and the entire room swelled with encouragement and presumably blood, I was like … sure. Why the hell not. You know what, let’s make an event of this! The response was huge — so much bigger than I anticipated.
Ultimately, though, my work is extremely liberating and cathartic. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a bit nuts — you’d have to be, to do this kind of work.

Explaining the dynamic between Slappy and her, she said to Huffington Post –
He’s bad cop and I’m good cop. He’s the misogynist and I’m the battered wife. The idea is, I put up with him because I love him so much.
Here’s another excerpt from the interview –
Veronica didn’t have sex with Slappy at first. She used him as a way to keep herself inspired during sex shows that lasted between six to eight hours a night.
Eventually, she crossed that line and started attaching sex toys to various parts of Slappy. She even had a customized harness created that could hold a sex toy around her dummy’s pretend pelvis.
