One look at Neha Dhupia and my jaw dropped. She looked absolutely stunning in an Anamika Khanna creation on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show. And it instantly took me back to her India Couture Week show that was all about old-school romance. Anamika’s understanding of draping, silhouette and texture is unparalleled. And it’s clear to see from any of her creations. Neha’s outfit for instance combines a printed open front jacket and a draped skirt and fit her like a dream. Celebrity stylist Mohit Rai picked this look and added jewellery from Renu Oberoi and Anmol Jewellers. A pair of Jimmy Choo shoes finished the look. All the shades were in the same muted pastel family and went super well with Neha’s skin tone too, we think.
Makeup and hair artist Angelina Joseph did a fab job with her updo (all the better to appreciate her earrings) too. All this has got me wondering whether Kapil Sharma was able to actually talk about her radio show #NoFilterNeha coz if we were in his place we wouldn’t be able to stop ourselves from being preoccupied with this outfit.
