While the color black continues to dominate as a celebrity staple (on and off the runways) I’ve noticed an abundance of other solid colors making an appearance now and again on some of our more “experimental” fashionistas. So I thought it might be fun to tell you what each color represents and see if you think the shade matches the socialite (and you!)

Lady in Red

If you like to wear red you’re pretty impulsive, excitable, energetic and ambitious. You like things to happen quickly and to be the best at what you do. Since you like to to be the center of attention you can sometimes be insensitive to other peoples feelings.You are courageous and extroverted, but irritable and bad tempered when you don’t get your way. Psst! Red can be sexy but tends to make you look heavier.
Boys: The color red evokes dominance, power and attention. Red clothing will  definitely make you stand out from the rest of the crowd and will mark  you with sexual energy. Red is a commanding color that should be worn  once in a while, for those times when you really want to make a  statement and be different.

Black Beauty

Wearing black represents self control and communicates an authoritative image. If you wear a lot of black you are probably strong-willed, opinionated and disciplined. (Sometimes inflexible and too     independent.) A symbol of authority, black absorbs light and is known to make you  look thinner!
Boys: The color of darkness is undoubtedly the most popular color in fashion. A  man wearing black suggests elegance, authority and power. When worn  properly, black clothing also conveys neatness, simplicity and great versatility.

Girl in Gray

If gray is your shade you are a total individual. You give people the     impression that you are self-sufficient as you have excellent self-control and prefer to remain     uninvolved but also have a tendency to isolate yourself, which can lead to     loneliness. People who wear     gray are often those who make judgments and may be good critics. Those who lack judgment     and struggle to form opinions should wear gray.
Boys: Gray clothing and fashion accessories can make you look efficient, brainy and emit a touch of class.

Blue Belle

Wearing blue is a sign of intelligence, self-reliance and a great depth     of feeling. You feel responsible for others and enjoy decision-making. You need     tranquility all around you and must be surrounded by tenderness, love and affection. Noisy     people disturb you. Try wearing some blue-greens or greens to help your self-expression and     improve your health.
Boys: Blue clothing suggests a more trustworthy and warm personality.  Blue garments can also make you look more serious and intellectual.

Sunshine Girl

Yellow represents an interesting and stimulating personality. You     like to be active and involved in whatever is going on. Lively and vital, you can cope     well with life’s challenges. Bright yellow represents spontaneity and communication.     You are active, inspiring and like to investigate.
Boys: Yellow clothing is very visually stimulating. It also conveys anxiety, alertness, as well as optimism.

Pretty in Pink

Pink shows your affectionate, loving nature, which makes you     sympathetic and understanding but you may lack willpower and show weakness when you cannot     control affairs of the heart. You need a great deal of support from others and can be     childlike in behavior. You must learn to accept and love yourself. If you become more     self-reliant you will attract and give out the feelings of warmth and love you desire.”
Boys: Pink projects an upbeat attitude and calming characteristics,  as well as good health. But don’t think you’ll look  healthier just because you’re wearing pink, although  it might liven up your outer shell.

Green Queen

Green means you are a cautious and not inclined to trust others easily. You are an observer in life, but do not wished to get involved more than you have to. A quiet life suits you best. You are benevolent, humanistic and service-orientated. You are sensitive and have a fine eye for detail. Try wearing pale yellow with your green to help you share yourself and develop an optimistic attitude.
Boys: Green clothes are relaxing and can make you look compassionate. Because  green is the color of money, it might also give an impression of  prosperity. Let’s face it; if you wear green, it had better be a  high-end piece of clothing.

Purple Princess

Wearing purple means that you are very intuitive, have deep feelings and high     aspirations. You are interested in the best of everything, including your friends. Lesser     mortals do not interest you or enter into your scheme of things except where necessary. Careful that you do not become arrogant. Be sensitive to your personal and     spiritual needs. Try yoga or meditation to release mind blocks.
Boys: Purple clothing and fashion accessories convey passion and high  spirituality. They’re also a sign of higher status and advocate luxury.

White Woman

White contains all the other colours in the spectrum,     showing that you have a positive, well-balanced and optimistic personality. You are highly     individualistic and a loner. You seek a simplified lifestyle free from     outside pressures. You have chosen a simple and pure colour, but one that     reaches out for recognition. Be open-minded and communicate, for with white all things are     possible.
Boys:White clothing is a sign of virtue and can give you an extremely clean  appearance. This obviously implies that your white clothing should be  spotless. White clothing can also point towards a higher social status,  and looks very preppy
