Narendra Kumar launched his flagship store “Narendra Kumar” in partnership with Sammeer Sheth at Madhu Park, Khar, Mumbai over a Cocktail Preview hosted on 18th November 2010. Nari designed the interiors of the store himself, saying he was inspired to make it look like an art gallery with a masculine color palette of neutral and modern gray with acrylic neon highlights. The collections on view include the Narendra Kumar bespoke trousseau line and the latest Menswear Collection “Kagemusha” (from Van Heusen India Men’s Fashion Week 2010-11 – A Japanese Samurai inspired collection that proposes a new aesthetic for the Indian Male.) Womenswear includes the latest collection from the Sounds of Mumbai (LIFW Winter Festive 2010-11), a collection that blends structure with fluidity to create an elegant and sophisticated silhouette. Also included in the store is a young, sport inspired party wear line and evening wear gowns! Something for everyone 🙂
