Thanks to Google this contest is easier than you can imagine! Just post the name of a movie that involves drinking wine to win one of these delicious wine hampers, each containing a bottle of wine and a swanky wine opener. My fav by far was “A Good Year” with Russell Crowe. I had to go right out and get a glass of grape drenk with my friends at Indigo after I saw it! If you missed it, get the DVD and start posting your answers in the comments below…
Psst! Lemme know in your answer if you prefer red or white wine because I’m giving out both! Costamolino (white) or Costera (red). xoxo
What Are We Drinking?
Aspri Spirits Pvt Ltd, one of the leading importers, marketers and distributors of international spirits, wines & beer has brought to India Argiolas, one of Italy’s finest wines. Located amid Sardinia’s natural beauty, just north of Cagliari, is the Argiolas estate, widely known for its crisp and refreshing white wines and complex reds. Antonio Argiolas, 3rd generation from the Argiolas family says, “Wine drinkers in India have grown more discerning and the Indian wine consumption market has undergone tremendous growth in the last five years. Over the years the Argiolas family has strongly insisted on its native Sardinian vines, focusing on the indigenous white varietals Nuragus and Vermentino and the red varietals Cannonau, Monica, Carignano and Bovale Sardo. A finewine selection offering the perfect accompaniment to your meal.”
Sommelier Speak
With a clear see through straw yellow color and light green tinges when poured in a wine glass, Argiolas Costamolino is a subtle yet intense and a delicately flavored white wine with an enjoyable primary and secondary aroma. This fine feel wine accompanies best with seafood starters’ fregola (small balls of semolina) with crustaceans, fish stews, bass with artichokes, soft-textured medium mature cheeses.
Argiolas Costera blends excellently with tasty condiments, roast suckling pig and lamb, Sardinian pecorino cheese, medium or long matured. It is well structured ruby red color wine with garnet tinges.
Mmmmmmm!
