Spain and India met over a Fusion Spanish Evening at Tote on the Turf at last night (held in association with the Consulate of Spain in Mumbai and Turespaña.) Four chefs from Spain created the famous rice preparation “Paella“ in a variety of ways with unusual ingredients.
Spotted: True blue foodies like Rashmi Uday Singh, Farrokh Khambatta, Ash Chandler, Prahlad Kakkar, Arjun Bhasin. Also present were Angad Bedi , Shweta Keswnai, Jamal & Pravina Mecklai, Rahul Dcunha and Avantika Akerkar (more pix here.) While Noelia Piriz of the Embassy Of Spain and Mr Miguel Nieto of Tuespana played host alongside Rahul & Malini Akerkar.
